Flat Feet: Understanding Your Foot Shape
Flat feet describes a foot shape with low arches, sometimes called fallen arches. When standing, more of the inner side of the foot may rest on the ground.

What Are Flat Feet?
Arches vary naturally in height and shape. Some are higher, some lower, and some feet appear almost flat when bearing weight.
Many people with flat feet have no symptoms and do not need treatment. Others may notice aching or discomfort in their feet or ankles. Foot shape alone does not tell you whether support is needed.

Insoles and Flat Feet
Depending on their design and your individual needs, insoles may provide cushioning, support, or help redistribute pressure within a shoe. Their suitability and effect vary; they do not change the underlying foot structure or guarantee pain relief.
Insole 3D begins with individual foot measurements to inform a personalized digital insole design, which is then 3D-printed. Your foot geometry provides the starting point for the design.
